ABOUT THE CENTER

Pennsylvania's Center for Poultry and Livestock Excellence was established in 2019
by the Pennsylvania General Assembly and the Wolf Administration as a part of the historic Pennsylvania Farm Bill. Producer-led via a self-governed Board of Directors, in cooperation with the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, the Center is designed to serve as a catalyst for innovation and the continued strength of the growing poultry, swine and small ruminant
industries across the state. Current priorities include:
